Open Position at Kineo CAM
M/F C++, 3D application developer located in Toulouse/Labege, Southwest of France
Kineo CAM software editor developing scientific 3D applications (automatic motion planning) hires a C++, 3D developer to face its growth.
Working in the R&D team, the applicant will contribute to the development of the off-the-selves software and of the motion planning algorithms. Master degree or Phd in computer sciences is required with up to 2 years of experience. UML design method is used. Working language is French and a good level in English language is required (fluent talking and writing). The knowledge in 3D, VR, PLM/CAD software like CATIA / DELMIA / CAA V5 from Dassault Systèmes is a plus.
Kineo CAM granted the 2005 IEEE/IFR award and the 2007 European ICT Prize for innovation.

ICRA 2006 Best Student Paper Award
The paper Motion Planning for Robotic Manipulation of Deformable Linear Objects by Mitul Saha (Stanford University) and Pekka Isto (University of Vaasa, Finland) received the ICRA best student paper award at ICRA 2006 in Orlando.

Autonomous Sensor-Based Motion for Complex Robots in Complex Environments organized by Florent Lamiraux and Javier Minguez was succesfully held during ICRA 2006 in Orlando.
IEEE/IFR Award
Spin-off KineoCAM was awarded an IEEE/IFR award for outstanding achievements in commercializing innovative motion planning technology
at IEEE/IFR Joint Forum on Innovation held during ICRA 2005 in Barcelona.
